Organization - Leadership

Ray Walsh

Partner, President and CEO of Metro Productions Government Services. Ray is also the President and CEO of Metro Productions and M2 Pictures. Ray served as the Project Manager for all media associated with The Army Exhibit at the Association of United States Army’s Annual Meeting for seven years. He also has assisted the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command with media for their exhibits over the past nine years. He led a team of writers, producers, directors, and postproduction personnel.

Ray retired from the Army after 21 years active service in the grade of Lieutenant Colonel. He served in both Aviation and Air Defense Artillery assignments. He spent three years managing the United States Army ROTC Cadet Command’s Advertising Budget. He was also responsible for the “potential cadet” database and associated fulfillment items.

Ray holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Marketing. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and attended the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) course. He is a member of the AICPA, AUSA, and the Military Officers’ Association of America. Ray holds a Top Secret clearance.

Jim Hunt

Partner, Vice-President of Metro Productions Government Services. Jim provides business development, proposal management, contract administration, day to day management and oversight of all Metro Productions Government Services programs.

He is considered a functional expert in program management, training development, exhibit concept development, planning and integration. Jim led the exhibit contractor team for The Army Exhibit at the Annual Meeting of AUSA for seven years. He has developed and maintained an exceptional rapport with senior government and industry officials and is considered to be the true subject matter expert for ensuring that the complex coordination of the efforts of multiple corporations and government agencies is efficiently achieved.

Jim is a veteran of 29 years active service in the U.S. Army in both Infantry and Aviation assignments and retired in the grade of Colonel. Jim has a B.A. in Business Administration and a M.A. in Public Administration. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He holds Life Memberships in the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) and the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). Jim holds a Secret clearance.
